螺旋鉆機(jī)安全操作規(guī)程

1、司機(jī)必須經(jīng)培訓(xùn)合格后，方可上機(jī)操作，所有工作人員應(yīng)穿絕緣鞋，戴安全帽。

2、應(yīng)配正副司機(jī)各一人，司機(jī)酒后或患病不得上機(jī)操作。

3、司機(jī)必須進(jìn)行設(shè)備的日常維護(hù)保養(yǎng)，對(duì)機(jī)械狀況認(rèn)真填寫記錄。

4、工作前應(yīng)檢查電機(jī)及其它電器絕緣情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題隨即處理。

5、樁機(jī)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)在離開高壓電線(纜)、油氣管道的有關(guān)規(guī)定危險(xiǎn)距離以外工作。

6、起落立柱應(yīng)有專人指揮與操作，支腳與履靴應(yīng)同時(shí)接地，前支腿伸于前方，立柱、斜撐下嚴(yán)禁站人。

7、樁機(jī)移位時(shí)應(yīng)有專人指揮，并安排人員移動(dòng)電源線以防碰壓。支腳下松軟時(shí)應(yīng)用枕木等輔墊以保證接地比壓。

8、樁機(jī)移動(dòng)、回轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)嚴(yán)禁用上盤、履靴頂土或排除障礙物。特別提示：鉆機(jī)、回轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)移動(dòng)前應(yīng)及時(shí)清土、清障處理；支腿支起否則極易發(fā)生鉆機(jī)損壞事故，影響正常施工。

9、施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)不平度應(yīng)小于2°，地面承載力不小于100kPa。

10、鉆孔時(shí)注意調(diào)整立柱垂直度，并應(yīng)使支腳與履靴同時(shí)接地。

12、施工中若樁機(jī)回轉(zhuǎn)支路頻繁自動(dòng)停止，其一應(yīng)檢查電機(jī)綜合保護(hù)器電流刻度調(diào)節(jié)值是否合適，其二應(yīng)及時(shí)排除樁機(jī)回轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)程中的障礙。
