試鹵靈,鈉鹽是美國AAT Bioquest生產(chǎn)的熒光染料,試鹵靈可用作試鹵靈衍生物酶底物的校準(zhǔn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)液。在pH5至9范圍時(shí),其pH依賴吸收和發(fā)射。同時(shí)它也是細(xì)胞中刃天青的還原產(chǎn)物。
