Annexin V-mFluor 570藍色標記探針是美國AAT Bioquest研發的用于檢測細胞功能的探針，膜聯蛋白是鈣依賴性磷脂結合蛋白家族。 它們富含真核生物，屬于參與信號轉導的普遍存在的細胞質蛋白家族。 膜聯蛋白V的優先結合配偶體是磷脂酰絲氨酸（PS），其通常保持在細胞膜的內葉（細胞質側）。 在細胞凋亡中，PS被轉移到質膜的外部小葉。 磷脂酰絲氨酸在細胞表面上的出現是細胞凋亡的初始/中間階段的通用指示，并且可以在觀察到形態變化之前檢測到。 我們的膜聯蛋白V結合物是一組監測細胞功能的工具，旨在通過測量磷脂酰絲氨酸的易位來監測細胞凋亡。
