隨著磁控濺射時間的增長, 薄膜的亮度在減少, 黃藍值在 3 min時出現最大值, 說明鍍膜時間在 3 min 時最接近黃色, 紅綠值波動比較大; 而氮氣流量在 13~18 sccm 內, 薄膜顏色呈金黃色.
